MANDATORY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Admission into the Gem State Elite Residency is a commitment to excellence. Before your first session, both the athlete and a parent/guardian must read, sign, and submit this agreement. By doing so, you acknowledge that you are moving from "recreational sports" to a high-performance technical environment.

CODE OF CONDUCT

I. The Academic & Physical Standard

Technical mastery at the elite level requires a sharp mind and a prepared body.

  • Academic Excellence: Residents must maintain a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA. Grade reports must be submitted on the 1st of every month.
  • Physical Readiness: A minimum 3-day-per-week structured lifting program is mandatory.
  • Accountability Logs: Training logs must be submitted to the staff every Sunday by 8:00 PM. Late logs result in the forfeiture of training for the following week.

II. High School Program Collaboration

We believe in a unified approach to athlete success. We are here to support, not replace, your school’s program.

  • Coaching Collaboration: During the school season, Gem State Elite staff will send regular Technical Focus Messages to the athlete’s high school coach. Our goal is to ensure the technical cues learned in residency are reinforced in the school ring, creating a collaborative environment for the athlete’s growth.

III. Scheduling & Commitment

This program is designed to integrate into a busy athlete's life, but it requires professional planning.

  • Planned Absences: Any pre-existing family vacations or multi-sport season overlaps must be discussed and documented at the time of Initial Registration. Family time is highly encouraged, need to update your schedule just let us know.
  • Sessions: Sessions last approximately 60 minutes and may be 1:1 or in a small-group format to ensure technical feedback.

IV. Professional Logistics

  • Athlete-Led Communication: All scheduling, technical questions, or updates must come directly from the athlete to foster ownership.
  • The 48-Hour Rule: Any request to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Equipment: Residents must arrive "Ring-Ready" with specialized throwing shoes and personal implements.

V. Mutual Commitment & Termination

  • Investment: Monthly residency dues ($75/mo Treasure Valley) are non-refundable and secure your facility access and coaching time.
  • Mutual Exit: Either party may terminate the residency at any time. We value "Clean Breaks"—if the standards of this residency are no longer being met, or if the program no longer fits the athlete’s needs, we move forward with respect.

The "Living Document" Clause

This Performance Agreement is a living document. Gem State Elite reserves the right to update, amend, or change these standards at any time based on the necessity of maintaining a safe, professional, and high-performance environment for all residents.
